Commission Structure
10%
Platform Commission Per Sale
For every product sold through our platform, we retain a 10% commission from the total sale price. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, marketing support, and customer service.
- Commission is automatically deducted from each sale
- You receive 90% of the sale price after successful transaction
- Commission applies to all products without exception
- Refunds will be processed based on the amount you received (90%)
Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and update stock regularly
- Process orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure product quality and authenticity
- Provide proper packaging and shipping
- Honor return and refund policies as stated
Product Guidelines
- No counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
- No adult content, weapons, or dangerous materials
- Products must comply with safety standards
- Accurate pricing without hidden fees
- High-quality product images (minimum 800x800px)
- Detailed and honest product descriptions
- Proper categorization of all products
Payment Terms
- Payments processed weekly after order completion
- Minimum payout threshold: $50
- Payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or approved methods
- 7-day hold period for new vendors
- Additional holds may apply for high-risk transactions
- All fees and taxes are vendor's responsibility
Account Management
- Vendors must maintain active and updated profiles
- Account suspension possible for policy violations
- 30-day notice required for account termination
- Platform reserves right to remove products or vendors
- Multiple accounts per vendor are prohibited
- Account sharing or transfer is not permitted
Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their product content
- Grant platform license to display and promote products
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights
- No trademark or copyright infringement allowed
- Platform may remove infringing content immediately
Limitation of Liability
- Platform acts as intermediary between vendors and customers
- Vendors liable for product quality and customer satisfaction
- Platform not responsible for vendor-customer disputes
- Maximum platform liability limited to commission amount
- Vendors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination for serious policy violations
- Outstanding payments processed within 60 days of termination
- Product listings removed upon account closure
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
